Have your eyes ever felt so heavy that you were worried that they might fall out of your head?
That’s how we felt after playing video games for 24 hours straight.
But nothing we felt could match how a child in a hospital ever feels.
We’re proud to have raised $1,800 in the first Critical Hit Extra Life Charity Gaming Marathon.
If you’d still like to donate, you can still do that here: http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=19313
Tony didn’t sleep a wink through the entire thing. Nolan and Kieran each took one 30 minute nap each. Evan showed everyone how to climb into parts of Halo: CE that we never thought you could reach. And Justin overcame the ultimate challenge: a Super Mario RPG world puzzle in hour 23 of streaming.
Over the next week, look for some of those video highlights here at the Critical Hit.
We picked up some podcast and news coverage, which we are thrilled to have received.

Special thanks to all of our guests, who came out to battle at Mario Kart, get crushed by Mario Strikers Charged, and experience the terror of 300% speed, 75% gravity Infection in Halo: CE Anniversary.
The biggest thank you goes to every single person who donated, shared the stream, or watched us play until our eyes melted, cheering us on/trash talking us in stream chat.
Your donations will help The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba purchase new games and toys so kids can play.
